At Knix, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printer-free drop-off experience.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items—ensuring they are unworn and in original packaging—and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once your return is processed at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be issued within 7-10 business days.
